The FCC fined Sprint & Verizon millions for “cramming” unauthorized charges to your bill. These charges appeared as something as vague as “monthly fee” to specific text charges for flirting tips, horoscopes or sports scores.
You have until the end of the year to file for your refund from Sprint (here) and/or Verizon (here).
